[SEL] Tillie Crosshead Babbitt Update (from Dolly)

So, having had a lot of advice, for now Jim is going to re-do the babbitt.
The journal has been mag tested (updated photos are here
http://www.oldengine.org/members/dolly/crosshead.htm ), lots of photos for
reference taken so when it's run for a while he can do another inspection
and see if there are any changes.
