Dave might be right about the crack being old and not a big problem.  I'm not so sure.  If the wristpin were to fail it would probably be sudden and catastrophic.  First have it magnafluxed (magnetic particle inspection) to determine the extent of the crack and to check for other cracks.  I think that I would look into having the crack welded up then remachine the wristpin.
