Changed the default setting to FTP V5.0 and saved it as suggested and did  
not help the matter. After changing, I closed and restarted FTP and it  had 
in fact saved the 5.0 change, but as I said did not help.
 
 Tried V4.0 just for the heck of it and did not help.   Previous to this, 
the "Images" folder that Ken put there was always at the top  of the list 
when I got to the site.  Now the "Images" folder is down the  list in 
alphabetical order and will not open up. Maybe this has something to do  with it. 
 
 Just realized that every file I initially transferred many years  ago 
before I had the "Images" folder has a date of 2-5-11, even the  "Images" 
folder.  Something occurred on that date to my files there.  
 
A knowledgeable computer person I am not!
