[SEL] Galloway's decompressor hand valve

  G'day all;
Galloway's used a decompressor hand valve with built in checkvalve.  Did any 
other engines use this feature and does it seem like this is a proprietary 
valve?  I've never seen a handvalve with built in check until the Gal's came 
along.
