[SEL] Blackstone question

Hi all.
I am finally starting work on my 6 hp JSI engine.  I will be making new
studs and nuts, what are the threads?  Some seem to be SAE, and some are
not.  Also how does the governor shaft come out of the housing?  It has
the spiral gear on one end and the flange that holds the weights on the
other, and there is no obvious way to remove one.  Thanks
