[SEL] DELCO LIGHT PLANT HELP NEEDED

Alan,
If yours is a Model 850 could you please take a look at the fuel line going into the tank and see if there is supposed to be some sort of check valve.  Or any one else that has that model.

I really hated to buy mine but my friend wanted to sell it.
It is just like the one he grew up with.
He had such a wonderful group of stories to tell folks.
If I hadn't bought it someone else surely would have.

Yes Dave, Mine uses a six Volt battery to start it.
I should have mentioned that.
