Keith,

     Just curious, how long did Waterloo build for Economy?  I think
I've seen a few of these style Economy's in the past but they're
certainly few and far between.

It is a Waterloo built Economy, the predecessor of the Sparta Economy
engines.  A pretty uncommon engine.
If you look at the Model A Sparta built engines you will see some
similarities to the Waterloo.
