Hey Arnie,
Why not treat the stroller as if it were Old Rusty Iron and ship via a container thru Lee Pederson or one of the other engine boys.

Folks,

A colleague at work wants to ship a special baby stroller to her cousin in Belgium. 
It weighs ~30 lbs, but is fairly bulky.  The first quote she got was $500 from UPS.

Has anyone had experience with a small package shipper going overseas that might be
a cheaper option?
