[SEL] IHC "M"

Hi folks!

I recently uncovered an IHC type "M" egnine.  1 1/2 hp, type L low tension mag.  
Rusted everywhere, stuck, but it's tagged and the mag looks good.

I'm a newbie but I think this might be a good winter project.  I have two 
questions.  First, a source for instruction manuals/parts.  Second, are any of 
you guys near Cincinnati, Ohio, for when I need to be taken to school for a 
lesson?
