Lew, a common rv-type brake controller will do for the one with electric brakes.  For the electric over hydraulic, it probably won't work.  A Tekonsha P3 will work.  Contact the very helpful folks at etrailer.com.  They have everything and are happy to help.  They can answer any questions.
