[SEL] Jones Oil Engine From Syracuse

I have a chance to buy a Jones oil engine made in Syracuse New  York 
horizontal engine hopper cooled. Cast in the hopper is Syracuse NY. 4 HP.  Tag 
states Jones Oil Engine 4 HP.  Does anyone no about these engines or  the 
maker? No photos yet.
