[SEL] Drag line engine ID wanted

Hello Group,
	My son-in-law acquired a dragline on the week end. I posted a picture

like some help confirming the brand or maker of the engine.
	Also, he is looking for a magneto for the engine as the mag is missing. 
Any help appreciated.
