[SEL] The McVickerish Engine

I was back to front on the Crossley. Engines such as the JJ work by not
opening the exhuast valve so that they miss against compression. A little
odd but it seems to work. I am not sure why Crossleys did this but they were
often well ahead of everyone else in experimentation.
