[SEL] Need Help With Parts Identification

Hi Les,
The inlet and outlet have threaded holes on the second item with the IHC logo. I don't think rubber hoses hooked up to it. I was hoping someone would be able to look up the part number that is casted into it and be able to tell what engine it came off of.
The governor looking thingy was identified as part of a Victrola or Edison phonograph wind up motor.
