Take another look. No matter which way up the stick is the rotation is the
same.

I was wondering if that subject would come up. The sticks are hanging
with the butt towards the ground, just as it grows. If you lay your head
on
the ground and look up, the vine wraps in a clockwise motion. If you look
from the top of the stick and unwind the vine it unwinds in a
counterclockwise motion. It is the way I look at it and probably no
winners on the
subject. I suppose it all depends on which way you have the clock facing to
make
the determination. It is my understanding once you pass the equator,
clocks face upside down from what they do in the northern hemisphere. I
think I
have hear that on this list before.
