[SEL] A couple of toys out of storage

On a trip to the country on the weekend to pick up some stuff for the baby,
I also brought a couple of my engines out of storage. The Buzacott 4K has
not been out for about 6 years and the Monitor has been away for nearly 10.
The Buzacott needs the magneto replacing with the correct ML and the Monitor
just needs a general going over (I have taken the Dixie off for safety while
transporting the engine).
