It all depends on how hard the ice really is as to how far it cuts per
pass. The plow isn't made to cut completely through the ice sheet but to
score it deep enough that the cut guides the saw used later.The usual
depth of cut is around 8 inches or so.
When the ice is good solid ice it cuts nice.
