[SEL] Smith Motor Wheel stuff

After Mark posted his plea for info on the Smith Motor Wheel,
I did a bunch of searching in Google books, and wasn't able to
find the info Mark was after, but did find some tidbits that
might be of interest to those of us not real familiar with these
interesting machines.  Mostly advertising pages, but a few
interesting articles and pictures.  Most from around 1917.

Hope the files aren't too large to those with dial-up.  Many of
the files are close to 500kb, so I will apologize ahead of time.
