[SEL] Non-detergent Oil--The Rest Of The Story

Rick,

Most any decent auto parts store carries 30 wt non-detergent oil.
I mix it 50-50 with kero and spray the mix on old, original finish
engines to glam them up a bit.

As Dave mentioned, when that "recipe" gets rained on or when the
engine is covered and water evaporating from the hopper condenses
and wets the finish, it doesn't turn a yukky white like a detergent
oil will.
