The parts you call a pirate part are likely Stens parts. They make a LOT
of aftermarket parts for just about every small engine out there. Many
are as good or better than the factory stuff. Some (pistons and rods
come to mind) depend on where they had the part made.

How much of a problem would it be to have parts shipped to you directly
from the US from say another member of the list?
