[SEL] Delays in Posts appearing

The coal mine post is another example of delays in posts appearing. I 
sent two notes one to the SEL the other to Old Engines at the same 
time. The post to Old Engines appeared within 2 minutes, the SEL post 
did not return for about 40 minutes.  Mark
