[SEL] Liliput Engine

I received these photos from fellow SEL member Kevin Kusel.  This is one
neat little engine.  Kevin was curious if anyone out there knew much
about one of these.  Anyone have info such as the manufacturer, approx.
date, purpose of an engine this small, etc.  Thanks!
