Way to few details to be able to give an accurate assessment. It 
could be all junk built from bad parts as a looker or it could be a 
totally straight up engine or anywhere in between, who knows. Sorta 
like asking whats my Chevy worth with out any more details. Yah know 
what I mean.
  Knew a parts vender years back (no longer active) that would every 
now and then assemble a not to bad a looking at first glance non 
running engine from reject parts and sell it as is to unsuspecting 
folks hiding behind the phrase caveat emptor.  He did this with 
Maytags, John Deeres and the McCormick model M. He bought engines to 
strip down for parts. After a while he could build up a looker with 
the bad parts left over. Put a cheap price on it and away it went.
  Inspect for damage, Get some details on condition and we can help
