The freight company I used to drive for used Delvac in all their semi tractors.  I think my current company uses it as well, but not positive.  It's good oil.

good as Rotella T?  I have a 2005 Dodge/Cummins & I just got a flier from
O'reilly that they have buy 1 gallon for 11.99 & get one free  J
