Mark,

Reminds me of the time I had "bought" a used truck a couple of years ago.
Heard about a used truck with very low mileage, so I called and went to
see it. Sure enough there sat this immaculate truck in a garage, very low
mileage, etc. Also in there was a nice travel trailer. I finally asked why
he was getting rid of it. He answered that he did not need an expensive
truck to pull his camper 50 miles down the road twice a year. We agreed on
the price, shook hands, and he asked to keep it a couple of days to remove
his cb radio and electric brake system. Two days later, on the evening
before I was to pick it up, phone rang and he said he changed his mind and not
going to sell it. I just hung up the phone, as I was not happy, and it was
still his truck!
