No Joe that is called being smart these days.
We had a small store owner back a few years that kept getting robbed 
at night. so owner spent a few nights there after sending away his 
auto. second night in they came he fired first shot bird shot and 
said next kills. The guy came at him with a screw driver in his hand 
owner said i was not joking. he stopped. Owner was arrested charged 
but then set free self defence assistant da said he was guilty 
because he waited for them. [laying in wait]  Judge said da was crazy
