[SEL] OT. Brake fluids

These were used very late 70's through the 80's but were in development
mode earlier than that.
A prototype was sent to England to develop the drivetrain, while the car
used was already in production here.
They had to change around the clutch to fit in the 4 wheel drive system
and ended up going hydraulic. Not so sure the earlier 2wd version wasn't
hydraulic as well, though.
Either way, the car went into production in 1979 as a 1980 model and the
hydraulics were Girling.
And used standard fluid - nothing different than ordinary DOT brake fluid.
