[SEL] R&V 10hp evaluation please

Hi all
Can you guys in the US give my a valuation on a 10hp R&V Triumph Line engine please. Running, complete and I think restored.
I am waiting on photos.
This is not for me, a lady contacted me as her father has passed away and she is wanting to sell it.
It is in mid Missouri if anyone is interested.
