[SEL] Removing Damaged Jib Keys

Thanks to Peter I will get reference to GIB key corrected, one of those 
things I have been calling incorrect for all these years.

The National is 14830 and I think somewhere between 1901 - 1905 but properly 
closer to 1905, the engine was stripped but largely complete and yesterday 
started the rebuild program she is one heavy beast for its HP.
Many strange things with this engine and will have story and photos later
