Joe Kelley here. I am trying to find the owner of an Associated 3 1/2HP Throttle Governed engine serial #515421. 3 pictures of it are listed on the Associated Web Site by Keith Smigle. 
I would like to correspond with the owner. I am currently restoring the same model engine and have questions. Any help would be appreciated.
