[SEL] Nuenen Engine Rally Pictures

Got the first 96 pictures captioned and set up:

Links at the bottom of each menu page to switch between the pages.

These are NOT on the main menu page yet, there are two more pages to
be set up, about 160 pictures in all.

Let me know of any obvious mistakes please.
