[SEL] North Carolina Show?

We have been a couple times. It is unbelievable. It has got to be one of
the largest collections in the world. Everything is kept in
buildings--packed so tightly you would think it is a mall parking lot. Even
if it is cold and raining you can still enjoy touring the buildings to see
his collection. A lot of these tractors are one of only a few examples left.
If you want to see tractors built after WWII, don't bother going--this is
all about the prairie monsters and the first-generation small tractors. The
last time I was there he still did not charge admission. And they ran his
Stanley Steamer auto all day giving free rides. The car was so immaculately
restored I was afraid to even touch it! Oh, and then there is the general
store he built where you can buy penny candy. Do a search for Ken Eder on
Smokestack and you should find some more info. and probably a link to some
nice photo's.
