[SEL] Moffat Virtue 2 1/4 wont start

Ash is your fuel getting up to the carby. I remember my first moffat
was missing it's stop ball in the bottom of the fuel tube?? You could
put a few drops of petrol in the spark plug hole to see if it fires also.
You should not have to spin it very fast for it to fire up.
