[SEL] Cordless Tools (Semi-OT)

Thanks Elden. I am working in the dark on this. From what I have seen and 
gleaned, the Lithium APPEARED the way to go.
Before I do anything, I want as much input as I can get.
I know nothing on the charging characteristics, etc.
