[SEL] Engine seen on a commercial?

Was I seeing things that were not there????
What was that I just saw?
 
It was a Mercedes commercial this morning.
Just as the commercial came on the camera scanned across what appeared to be the valves and a cone shaped muffler on a hit-n-miss engine.
At least that is what I think I saw.
A rocker arm on an exhaust valve and a suck-open intake valve plus that cone shaped muffler sticking out there on a pipe.
 
If you wait for a Mercedes commercial to come on you will miss it.
It was so fast.
 
Is there an old engine collector working for that advertising company?
