[SEL] Buzacott Farm Pumper

Hello All
I need a bit of help trying to date a Buzacott Farm Pumper.
Is there a Serial No.Register that some one is keeping?
Edd Payne did help with some of the identifications on these Pumpers back in 
Aug03,
but nothing about the model I have.
This Pumper has the Wico on the left hand side (Looking at the Flywheel).
It came without a Flywheel, but I have since source one, it has Serial 
No.4121
stamped on the arrow.
Any idea's
