Hi Peter,
Piston shape has no bearing on cubic capacity. Volume is calculated bore
radius squared X Pi X stroke.

I was using the Hepolite Piston & Ring catalogue, it lists:
120cc 56mm bore, flat topped piston
220cc 68mm bore, flat topped piston
320cc 76.199mm bore, flat topped piston
420cc 82mm bore, slightly concave piston
420cc 82mm bore, concave piston
