Can anyone please date this engine, is will have its first showing at Rusty Iron Rally this year and the owner wants to make a display plaque.

  ENGINE: Crossley Bros Type N.
  SERIAL No : 48896
  BORE : 6 5/8 inches
  STROKE : 15 inches
  FLYWHEEL :  Single - 4 feet 10 inches diameter
  IGNITION: Hot Tube
  GOVERNOR: Hit and miss. Vertical ball governor.
  The information sought is : Year of manufacture and horsepower rating.
  Any information you can get me would be greatly appreciated.
