[SEL] OT help with Excel off list

Hi all
I would not normally put this to the list but I need a little help.

Is there anyone proficient in MS Excel and IF Statements, if so please contact me OFF LIST.
If you do not know how to contact me OFF LIST then please do not reply.
I light of recent events we should see no more reference to this subject ON LIST ;-)
