[SEL] Need Help to ID Wrench (OT)

Hi,
I picked up an adjustable wrench.  It has "Made In England" on  the handle 
and other side of the handle has the name "King Dick" in raised  letters.  Is 
"King Dick" a manufactures' name or what?
