[SEL] Palmer Marine engine help needed

Hi Guys,
         Who are the small marine engine specialists on the list?

         I have a friend (not a list member) who recently acquired a small 
"Palmer"marine engine and he would like to correspond with others (and 
probably ask a lot of questions), who have or know about these engines.

         Unfortunately I know very little (actually nothing) about the 
engine he has.

         If anyone is prepared to correspond with him please let me know.
