[SEL] DST/Summer Time Dates

I just thought I would post this to help those of us that talk Engines on chat programs
(Skype Etc) between countries to pick good times.
I did look into including Australia but I don't know the areas covered.
Can someone provide that please?

Europe / UK clocks switch to 
Winter Time / standard time:
Sunday 26 October 2008

Daylight Saving Time dates
in USA & Canada ends:
Sunday 2 November 2008
