Peter,
With enough time Imron sets up fully rock hard in a month or so. The very
low temp bake (no more than 150) accels the initial reaction. But the deep
freeze finishes off the complete thew hardening. I sprayed the parts about
3 in the afternoon and baked a couple of hours and deep froze overnight.
Next morning you can't possible even try and make a findernail dent in the
paint. It's tough. Try it you'll like. Normally I don't bother to bake or
freeze, but I wanted these parts done so I could tap them on the axles the
next day.
