[SEL] O.T. O.T. O.T. 1997 Dodge Ram Wiring problem

I was having this same problem a while back, I found that the wiring at 
the rear for a trailer hook up had rubbed on a sharp part of the bumper 
enough to expose the wires and shorted on occasion. I replaced it and 
all is well
