Hi Al:
It is in fact 'ILO' as the trademark has a stylised "I" which looks like a 'J'.
We have a few ILO manuals, as we also have a 372cc ILO-powered genset.
I'll have a dig later on and see if we have anything on that one.
I think after Rockwell-Tecumseh had finished with them, it all closed down.
