Translate Yank into Ozzie? Not possible mate. After all, you guys are even
upside down on the planet.

Seriously, if anyone is considering the National - driving there from
Sydney or Melbourne assuming you're towing some engines and accommodation
will likely set you back about $2 thousand give or take. You can get a
ticket to Portland from Melbourne for $2150 including internal flights. An
SEL member would be able to get you from Indianapolis or Fort Wayne (the
nearest airports) to Portland. More likely than not you can mooch some
accommodation with an SEL member or camp out in a tent.

Give it some thought. Take the opportunity if you can.
