[SEL] Cat 1Y73 engine and Dynamometer

We've been beavering away for the past few weeks, getting the Cat
trolley ready and mounting the engine and dyno onto it.

Mostly finished today, we sail for Nuenen on Friday am. Hope to get
the Onan radiator flushed through Thursday, then that will come as
well.
