[SEL] Mill Engine Model

  Hi All,
  This isn't gas engine but there is a lot of interest anyways, would 
anyone have any information on this steam mill engine model?  Is this a 
model of an actual full size machine or is it a model for a models sake?

2" stroke
1.5" bore
8.5" flywheel.
