Hi Reg,
         I can back that up.

         I also saw it on TV here so it must be correct! <grin>

         We all know that governments and TV (and of course newspapers for 
that matter) never lie don't we!

         I'm sitting here at 10:00 p.m. typing by torchlight on my 
laptop  - the Govern "munt" calls it load shedding - the rest of us call it 
bad planning and it's going to last until at least 2012 !!!

         (for those of you who do not know what a "munt" is (beware it is 
almost rascist !):

         I sure hope that our minister of prisons (Imprison"munt") never 
reads this. We also have a Minister of Defence (Spear"munt"), a Minister of
