[SEL] OT re DVD

The most straight forward route would be for you to rip it on your 
computer and convert it to NTSC then burn it onto a new Region 1 DVD. 
Software like Nero 7 can do this for you.

If you cannot do this, I'm happy to have a go. You just need to send it 
4,500km before sending it 18,000 more km!
